1. Marble

Marble is a knowledge and learning service that helps users explore, search, organize, compare, and interact with information and ideas from various sources.

Marble may use artificial intelligence to retrieve, summarize, organize, compare, and generate information.

The service and its features may change over time.

2. Accounts

Some Marble features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may use third-party authentication providers to provide account access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Marble to:

• Violate applicable law
• Infringe or misappropriate the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Marble or related systems
• Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Introduce malware or other harmful code
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Use the service in a fraudulent or deceptive manner

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Marble, its users, or third parties.

4. AI-Generated Information

Marble uses artificial intelligence and automated systems.

AI-generated or AI-assisted information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. Marble may summarize or interpret third-party material imperfectly.

You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

Marble should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

5. Third-Party Content and Sources

Marble may retrieve, organize, summarize, analyze, or link to content created or published by third parties.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

The inclusion of a source, creator, profile, link, summary, or other third-party material does not imply endorsement by Marble or Carousel Creative Inc.

Marble does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued accessibility of third-party content.

6. Your Content

You may be able to submit prompts, notes, saved material, source selections, feedback, or other information to Marble (“User Content”).

You retain any rights you have in your User Content.

You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve Marble.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to provide User Content to the service.

7. Marble’s Intellectual Property

Marble, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and original materials, is owned by Carousel Creative Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, these Terms do not give you the right to copy, distribute, sell, license, or exploit Marble itself.

These Terms do not claim ownership over third-party source material merely because that material is indexed, summarized, referenced, or analyzed through Marble.

8. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Marble, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

This does not give us ownership of unrelated User Content.

9. Availability and Changes

Marble is an evolving service.

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, source, integration, or piece of content will always be available.

During beta or early-access periods, features may change frequently and interruptions or errors may occur.

10. Paid Services

Marble may introduce paid plans or features.

If you purchase a paid service, applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any additional conditions will be presented before purchase.

We may change pricing prospectively, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Marble at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or if continued access is reasonably likely to harm Marble, its users, or third parties.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that Marble will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that information provided through Marble will always be accurate or complete.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carousel Creative Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Marble.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Marble evolves.

If we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through Marble or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of Marble after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
